Glen is the Habitat Connectivity Biologist for the Washington State Department of Transportation, where he works to help wildlife safely navigate the state highway system while reducing wildlife-vehicle collisions. His work includes identifying priority locations for wildlife crossings, managing nearly 200 wildlife cameras, monitoring completed crossings, modeling wildlife corridors, and helping secure funding for habitat connectivity projects and research. He loves his job—some might even say he’s obsessed with it. Outside of work, Glen photographs wildlife, manages his own wildlife cameras, hikes, bikes, plays banjo and guitar, and hangs out with his cats, Moose and Stubby.
