Joshua Porter

Joshua Porter has been teaching place-based education via graduate and undergraduate interdisciplinary field courses over the past 10 years, as well as in K-12 land stewardship programming, and educator workshops. He served as the Graduate Program Director at North Cascades Institute for the past 6 years. He has an M.S. in Ecological Teaching and Learning and is passionate about facilitating learning experiences that emphasize community engagement, sustainability, and development of naturalist skills to deepen our relationships with and learning from the land.
