Jules Remedios Faye has lived and worked in the Skagit Valley for over 25 years. She is a letterpress printmaker, bookbinder, teacher, and creator of artists’ books, and is the proprietor of Stern & Faye Printers, a letterpress print shop and hand bookbindery located in Mt Vernon, WA. She has taught bookarts courses throughout the Pacific Northwest including Cornish College of Arts, Western Washington University, and the School of Visual Concepts. Her art is often inspired or informed by interspiritual contemplative and mindfulness practices.
