Phil Fenner

Phil Fenner is a native of Washington State and a life-long lover of the outdoors. President of North Cascades Conservation Council (N3C), he's lived in the Seattle area for the last 40 years and worked on local conservation issues for the last 15, now leading the premier all-volunteer organization that gave us North Cascades National Park and all the Wilderness Areas in our wild backyard.
