Claire Giordano
Claire Giordano is an environmental artist, writer, and educator creatively exploring the interwoven patterns of people, place, and climate change. In her interdisciplinary work Claire strives to create visual and virtual spaces that foster connections between individuals and our warming world and inspire curiosity and empathy for our environment.
Claire’s work was featured by Alpinist, by the Smithsonian Science Education Center, and by other outdoor publications. In the last three years her project documenting vanishing landscapes led to residencies in Washington, Chamonix, Oregon, and Greenland. Claire is also the founder of the Adventure Art Academy, a collection of monthly watercolor classes filmed outside.
