This 3-class series will help you learn backpacking and leave-no-trace basics, map out your summer adventures with local trail tips, and discover the PNW's unique seasonal wonders.

Thinking about heading into the backcountry this season? Join us at Backcountry Essentials for a fun, approachable introduction to backpacking in Part 1 of this new 3-class series. 

We'll talk through gear, packing, trip planning, trail selection, and safety, with plenty of time for questions and conversation. Whether you're preparing for your first overnight trip or looking to refresh your skills, this is a great opportunity to learn, connect, and get inspired for your next adventure.
