1) Fill out Youth Leadership Adventures application:

2) Ask a non-family member to complete and send in:

Reference Form

3) If applicable, complete and send in:

Scholarship Application

Send completed applications BY APRIL 1 to:

When your application is received you will receive a confirmation email within one week.

ADMISSIONS TIMELINE

1) April 1: Applications, Reference Form and Scholarship (if applicable) due to North Cascades Institute

2) Early April: Interviews scheduled

3) April 19: Acceptance and scholarship status emailed

4)  April 22: Welcome Packets mailed

5)  May 10: $50 acceptance fee and medical paperwork due

6)  May 21 or 23: Family Orientation meetings in Sedro-Woolley or Seattle

7)  June 3: All remaining course fees due

This program allowed me to gain further knowledge about the world around me, and to clarify my ideas on humanity’s responsibility as stewards of the environment. A unique experience in the North Cascades National Park helped focus my values and goals, forever entwining environmental conservation and science into my life.
