Scholarships

We believe in fair and equitable access to environmental education for everyone. To make our programs available to a wide audience, we offer scholarships to:

• Pre-service teacher education students
• Teachers
• Seniors over 60
• Environmental educators
• Conservation professionals
• Low-income participants and others

If you wish to be considered for financial assistance in the form of a scholarship, please download, fill out and return the application attached below. Family Getaways, Sourdough Speaker Series, Diablo Downtimes and Base Camp are not eligible for scholarships.

2011 Scholarship Application

Student Discounts

Currently-enrolled students ages 14 & older can receive 50 percent off most Institute programs with tuition over $100. Family Getaways, Diablo Downtimes and Base Camp are not eligible for student discounts. Student must provide a copy of current student ID and pay balance in full at time of registration. Students ages 14-17 must be accompanied on programs by a participating adult. Discount cannot be combined with any other.
